Every Episcopal church has a chapter of Episcopal Church Women. Here at Epiphany, our ECW chapter is focused on compiling and marketing a cookbook, sponsoring a yard sale, planning a Christmas party for the church, and continuing our sale of jelly. In addition, we support the beans & rice ministry of the church. Every woman in the church is a member of ECW, and we welcome anyone who wants to join us. We usually meet the first Saturday of every quarter at 9:00 am in the parish hall.
Here’s the group that met Saturday, October 1: Seated, left to right: Pam VanEtten, Amanda Borden, Betty Weldon. Standing, left to right: Janet Bray, Kathy Haynie, Pam Stewart, Ann Easley. Debra McCord would have been with us, but she was busy selling jelly!

The Episcopal Church Women’s Prayer:
Almighty God, we pray that you will bless our work in mission and ministry in the world. Make us so thankful for the power of your love, given through your son, Jesus, that we may pray, labor and give liberally to make known that love throughout the world. Bless us that our lives may shine forth the joy and wonder we share in your name. Amen.
